At Neogozio, we strive to provide exceptional web development services that meet your needs and expectations. If you are dissatisfied with our services, we offer a 2-week refund policy, subject to the following terms:

1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 14 days from the date the web development project or service was completed. In order to qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be submitted within the 14-day period.
  • The issue or dissatisfaction with the service must be clearly outlined.

2. Opportunity for Rectification
Before requesting a refund, we will make a reasonable effort to resolve the issues. Upon receiving your request, we will:

  • Analyze and assess the concerns raised.
  • Work with you to understand the issues and propose necessary changes or fixes.
  • Provide an estimated timeline for resolving the issue.

3. No Resolution, Refund Process
If, after our efforts to rectify the situation, the issues remain unresolved and you are still dissatisfied, you may proceed with a refund request. To initiate the refund process, you must:

  • Provide clear evidence that the issues were not addressed or resolved after reasonable efforts.
  • A refund will be issued at our discretion after evaluating the situation, with a maximum of 100% of the total payment returned if deemed appropriate.

4. Non-Refundable Services
Please note that any costs related to third-party services or external software, domains, hosting, or any non-recoverable costs incurred as part of the project are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process
If your refund is approved, we will process the refund within 3 business days, and the payment will be returned via the original payment method.

6. Exclusions
This refund policy does not apply if:

  • The issue arises from changes or updates made by the client after project completion.
  • The dissatisfaction is due to misunderstanding of deliverables or expectations.
  • There is a failure to provide feedback or information in a timely manner during the development process.
